The Burning Bridges are an old-school family string band with a repertoire reaching back to the bedrock of American country music, including old time Appalachian fiddle tunes, bluegrass, and an expanding catalogue of classic-sounding original songs and tunes. Members include Peter Somerville (banjo/ guitar/ vocals), Fran Martin (guitar/ vocals), award-winning young fiddle maestro Tom Somerville (fiddle/ guitar), and Andrew Le Blanc (bull fiddle). The band has released 3 albums to date, most recently 'Whipporwill' (2023).
